Let us know the issue you're experiencing, and our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and next steps.
All Returns Must Include A Fully Completed Return Authorization Form.
Products sent to SUNPAK without a completed form will be returned.
A receipt is required for all exchange
We do not offer refunds. Refunds can only be done through the retailer you purchased the product from, within their own return guidelines. The original receipt or packing slip must also be included with your return.
Shipping Information
SUNPAK does not reimburse shipping costs for returned items. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking or delivery confirmation to ensure safe delivery.
Return exchange shipments will be sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, at SUNPAK’s discretion.
